Gear VR status change.. No delivery date

"Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and your gift has been processed and is currently in route". Submitted 3/31. I have no delivery date listed and no email indicating that my items have shipped. T-Mobile GS7 (x2). Is this normal? What has others process been like?
