Where to find used espresso machines?

I keep seeing people on this sub talk about how you can get a used higher-quality espresso machine for much cheaper. My only question is where I can find such a thing? Ebay results are pretty weak so far.

Also, what should I look for/ what are some red flags you can see when buying a used machine?
