Endless text when exiting TAILS

Downloaded tails, and the first time going to power TAILS off after browsing, a black screen popped up saying something, then all these lines of txt started flying up the black screen while numbers on each line started counting up. I eventually pulled out the usb, and it kept going. I finally held the power button and it kicked off the computer after it got to around 300 which took a while. Rebooted to windows no problem. The second time exiting tails I decided to let the lines keep going to see what would happen.....after almost 10 minutes, it had counted up to around 1300, and i decided to hold in the power button and kicked it off again. Are these lines of txt going up normal, and if it is how long does it last for before turning off your computer?

What the hell is it doing, am I shutting off TAILS wrong?

Thanks
