16 inch DC Softball Leagues?

Hi all. Transplant from Chicago here. I know this is going to be a shot in a dark, but I was wondering if there were any 16 inch softball leagues here in DC? I know its exclusive in Chicago, but was wondering if it existed out here? I checked United Social Sports, and I believe its a 12 inch league there. Thanks!
