End up playing same guy in br back to back but neither game counts

So i go up 2 to 0 in the first game in the top of the first and then the guy quits. Game goes to queued and we both get a loss... so i decided to play another game get matched up against same guy. Go up two runs on the guy and then he quit again and same result. Does he just know how to make games not count or something?
