Trouble with a lan server

I want to set up a LAN server to play CATA with my dad. I am able to make the server work totally fine on a local connection (127 blah blah.) But, when I change the config to my Pv4 IP it instantly crashes. I do not know how to access error files but here is my config http://pastebin.com/JewGiQYC
