Having a rough start

So I'm new to escorting. I recently lost a shit ton of weight(5'1".184 to 118) and that combined with being overwhelmed with bills because it's my first time being out on my own I decided to try escorting. I'm open minded and pretty sex positive so it's not a big deal to me.

I joined a local agency. They seemed excited about me. But I wasn't having much luck the first week in our home state(my first 2 dates both cancelled).

This particular agency sends girls out of state frequently so I decided to do it for my second week to get some reviews on TER.

But even the agency is surprised about the apparent lack of interest. I had a couple of appointments the first day but today I've had just one. I was told today was abnormally slow.

It's not the fact that I'm Black in a Midwest state. The agency says they've sent other Black girls out here and it hasn't been an issue.

Girls normally book 5-10 appointments a day and I've only had one today.

Should I take this as a sign? I'm trying to be optimistic. I know escorting is more personality based and I feel like I've connected with the appointments I have had(people are sometimes surprised about my personality because I'm actually educated, witty and laid back and it's apparently not what they were expecting) but I can't show my personality if I'm not booked.

Should I just give up? I have pretty thick skin so if I should take this as a sign then I'd rather know than be delusional.
