The "One is None" Jamming Glitch is Unacceptable

I just engaged a group of rogues and I was about to finish one of them. Then all I see is my weapon not reload and the counter stick at 1. I run away to try and un-jam, but to my chagrin I was surrounded and brutally raped to death taken down. I get that Massive can't roll out insta-hotfixes, but come on...
