Am I a savant?

I am a mildly autistic person(diagnosed at 6). It took me three weeks to have the courage to ask 3 friends for references for volunteering. It took me 3 days to say sorry to a girl that I did something wrong to(I kind of liked her but I was shaking my legs so badly and looking at the ground while doing it). It took me 4 months to make a single friend (I've made 2 friends in 6 years, rest of my friends I've met through them). A terrible policy was enacted at my school and I have about 1/3 of the students signatures on the petition I created and had no fear asking people to sign it. Maybe its because I'm a passionate person about tyranny and justice, but I just don't know. Also I got 2nd place as mayor in elementary school. I also am a leader in most group projects. In my group of friends online I am usually the one trying to make sure everyone gets along, a leader as well. I excel at presentations, group projects, and speeches. Is there such a thing as savant leadership capabilities?
