Add a new elite-only OR prestiged at least once exclusive mode for trading only.

i've been searching servers for finding people to trade with and I rarely find anyone since the servers are filled with noobs. Having it elite-only or have to be prestiged once will reduce the amount of people with nothing playing it and I don't want to go to this subreddit to trade.
