Zenfone ZE551ML CM13 "Unfortunately, Phone has stopped"

Hello everyone. I have an ASUS Zenfone 2. I have tried running several different nightly builds of CM 13, but my problem persists. When I press the phone app, it opens and works fine. When I actually make a call, it says, "Unfortunately, Phone has stopped." The call resumes, but the phone app isn't open. I can only choose to hang up using the notification that says I'm in a call. How can I resolve this? Thanks.
