An unpopular, flexible, and reliable commander: Jori En.
Now, when Jori En was revealed, I was getting bored of my izzet melek storm deck turned mizzix storm deck and was waiting to disassemble it. So of course I was one of the few who fell in love with Jori En when she was revealed. Jori En's effect is NOT abusable like Melek or Mizzix, but that is effectively the reason why shes a good commander.
Jori En, when used in a curvey enough deck, is an izzet phyrexian arena stapled onto a creature. Because commander damage isn't a win con, and her effect doesn't sling huge spells, or hit the ground and affect other players, it is a card that is just threatening enough to not be worth removal logically. Casting her turn 2-3 can net you at least five cards off if you handle the table just right. The only reasons Jori En dies is because someone used a board wipe, but she never gets targetted for removal. Which means you don't have to waste counterspells on protection.
Both decks are still under works too, so recommendations or different directions would be great help! I've been staring at them for so long and making small changes so often I honestly don't know if i'm looking at them right anymore
JORI EN ARTIFACTS
My best build is the artifact deck that I have been seeing a lot of success with. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried to cap off individual card budgets at 30 barring Dack Fayden because I got him as a gift. Basically Jori En's effect is a good fueler for slipping an extra artifact in every turn.

Basically, Jori En loves mana rocks. I could have just as easily made a deck that uses the rock mana to curve into artifact creatures like Wurmcoil Engine and abused more Goblin Welder-like effects, but instead the win cons here are mostly spells.
JORI EN WIZARDS
Also, she is a kickass wizard tribal commander. I used the below build before I switched to the artifact looking one. I might switch back to it if I can pick up a Jace, Vryn's Prodigy or a Snapcaster in the future. It's no Azami, but having out multiple lullmage mentors using clone effects is such a satisfying win con.
