Is my landlord obligated to notify me when spraying pesticides?

The landscaping crew at my apartment complex has been spraying pesticides around the common grass areas. I frequent these areas with my dog. I am concerned about having my dog in these areas immediately after they spray.

Is there any obligation for them to notify tenants? Is there any obligation to report what kind of pesticide is being used to tenants?

I live in Oregon.
