Sterling Treasure Gear Opinion

Gear the drops from these boxes shouldn't have any perks or stats and should take the perks from the item being infused. I really like the spektar gear for the titan and bought 20 of them and every single one was int/str. Being you can only get 3 a week, This is insane if you are trying to go for certain perks. Just my opinion.
