Question about wide local excision.

I went to the derm 2 weeks ago for a suspicious mole on my back. I couldn't see it and 2 new ones had popped up near by and it was really itchy so I just wanted it removed-if that was even possible. My previous derm recommended only watching them but I couldn't really see them in the middle of my back. Anyway, I went in 2 weeks ago and she removed 4 that day including the group of 3 on my back. The path report came back as severely atypical with unclear margins and I have to go back for a WLE. What is the healing time like? I have (college) finals 2 days later and wonder if I should reschedule it for a different week. Also, what are the chances that the new biopsy comes back malignant? Thanks in advance.
