So... About the "eighth" book. Help here, please.

I've read that the eighth book is not really the new Harry Potter book, it's just the script in a book, that basically kills the hopes for a new book, but then I suddenly saw this:

How true is it? Is there going to be an eighth book or not? Sigh, it's the Internet, everything could be true or fake, so please give me some honest answers, thank you! x)
