Questions to ask when looking for pediatrician

I'm starting the process of looking for a pediatrician and it seems like many of them will meet with you prior to giving birth.

For those of you who have done this before or are about to do this - what are some good questions to ask and things to look out for during this process? Are there things you didn't ask prior to choosing a pediatrician that you wish you had?
