What would the best Kit mod setup be for a PVE science character

Currently I'm using Herald Science Kit Mk XII [KPerf] [Weapon] [+Dis]. I have Science Kit Mk XIII [KPerf]x3 and the (UR) Romulan Science Kit Mk XII.
