Experiences with Optimum Internet?

Hey guys, I'm moving to Bed Stuy off of the Gates stop in two weeks and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with Optimum they could share. I'm currently under TWC in my current building, paying $44 for 100mbps download speeds. I think Optimum offers $49 for 50mbps, but I've also seen that Verizon is available as well. Anyways, if anyone had experiences they could share it would be greatly appreciated!
