[TOMT][Sitcom] An updated Leave it to Beaver featuring an all black cast.

This was aired in the 90's and it was either made for or syndicated on Nickelodeon. It was about a teen aged boy and his brother who would get into the standard sitcom tropes. It was the same family type as Leave it to Beaver along with a mischievous best friend who would get the brothers into trouble.

I don't recall any major plot lines but I recall the older brother eating a ketchup and peanut butter sandwich on a few different episodes.
