Picking Secondary in SSB4. Need Help!

I currently have been maining Mario in SSB4 exclusively and have been mastering a lot of the tech that comes in handy with more than just Mario. I don't go to tournaments, but I would want to know if there is any character that I could switch to, either it being very close to the play style of mario or one that you could switch to to cover up flaws in different match-ups. Ive asked around and some people say characters like Yoshi and Rosaluma, but I would like your opinion!
