Was the "serial sniper" in Colorado ever caught/arrested?

Last summer (May?), a number of random people were seemingly sniped (some injured, others killed) just driving/riding in cars, or even a guy riding his bicycle, in Windsor, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Weld and Lorimer counties.

I haven't heard anything in a while, and a few searches have brought up nothing but old stories about the possibility these crimes may have been connected. Has that story changed? Am I just not looking for the right keywords?

I'd like to know if that area of Colorado is safe again. We had to cancel our family vacation to Denver last year.
