Lump in throat... Please share some experiences.

So after my GI doctor ran a litany of test on me and procedures the last test came back positive for Celiac. I've lost 20lbs since January, and haven't had a normal BM since then either. I thought I was exceptionally healthy up until that point. I've been on a gluten free diet for a little over a week and my symptoms haven't changed. I'm getting chronic sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and have a constant feeling of a lump in my throat... As well as diahrea a few times a day. It actually feels like there's something stuck in my stomach. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? My quality of life has just gradually went down hill in the past couple of months. I'm at the end of my rope...
