[Serious] Some of my dreams become reality, and it's highly unpleasant

I wish someone would tell me why this happens to me? Some of my dreams(the mildly-logical bad ones or strange ones) become reality. I'm serious, could this be just a coincidence or was I born with like some curse? I'd say it's a curse because most of the dreams that come real are bad dreams or nightmares. For example, I dreamed my girlfriend cheated on me, and in one week I found out it was true. Another example, i've dreamt a lot of poeople would betray me, and then it happens shortly afterwards. I hope it's just a coincidence, but this happens very very often and i'd like to know what it could possibly be? I hate it, I really do. Terrible things have happened.
