Looking for roommate in a 4 bedroom heritage room in Kits point from May 15 or June 1 to Aug 1 (dates are flexible)

I am going to be traveling in South America from mid may to early August. I am looking to rent out my room during that time. I will unpack my room so that it will be ready to move into with the closet empty and bed made. I'm pretty flexible on dates as I can stay at a friends place after returning from the trip. I live with 3 other people in a nice heritage home in Kits point. The cross streets are Whyte Ave and Maple St. which is IMO the best location in Vancouver. The place is a 2 floor, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. We have a back and front yard and will be hosting many bbq get togethers this summer. My roommates are 2 guys and 1 girl in the age range of 25 - 35. They are outgoing, fun, and clean people that would like someone who could enjoy their time and be respectful to them and the house. I'm looking to cover my rent which is 1200/month and can prorate for any time in May and into August. Edit: one of my roommates has a dog. Her name is Charlie and she's a rhodesian ridgeback so no shedding :)
