[Acne] feel horrible about skin- HUGE pores, spots and acne scars on the cheek

i can't stop thinking about my skin. it looks very old for my age. I have HUGE pores. and acne scars on the cheek and jawline. what plastic surgery will help my skin?

i have huge acne scars on the sides of my chin that are both 2cm long.

also why do i have brown spots on the side of my face and huge blackheads that have not gone away for years on my chin and jawline.

also if i am taking recreational drugs, will it make my skin look even worse?
