Downstairs pain during sex? Halp.

Had PIV sex... again. Big mistake. So dysphoria inducing. Anyways...

The opening of the vaginal canal and the hymen feel raw and are red and pained for a solid week after the sex. It hurts to wipe when I pee. I think my hymen "broke" again(?) because it bled a bit during that week of pain afterwards.

For context sake: I have had sex once before (pre my trans identity) and the hymen broke then and it wasn't very painful and I definitely didn't feel pain in the days after when wiping after peeing.

What's going on? I read once that on T atrophies the vagina? I am three months on T.
