WASING 3L hydration pack / backpack? Help please

I've got $200 for a backpack/hydration, some MOLLE stuff for my vest, sling, and some other general purpose stuff (maybe a scope / Rds).

Can I do better? I'm willing to spend a good chunk on the bag
