Corel Painter Essentials 5 not launching

Hey there

So I just bought a Wacom Intuos art and one of the free software it advertises is Corel Painter Essentials 5. The problem is, the program doesn't even launch, I've tried basic stuff like restarting my computer, running as admin etc. Unfortunately, looking this problem up on google wasn't really helpful either.

Not sure what to do at this point.
