Checked Under My Business

First time business owner here. I would like to create a business checking account that is separate from my personal checking account. Ideally, I would like to be able to write checks using my business name and also to cash checks that are made payable to my business name (instead of my name). I am wondering what steps I need to take to accomplish this.

I have an EIN that is attached to my name right now. What should I look into to get that EIN attached to my business name instead?
