Has anyone else encountered the standing still save loud ding?

Heard it while idling with the car front sticking out the goal in season 1v1 against a bot for achievement grinding. Stood still for quite a while, he knocks the ball into me, and a very loud DING sounded out as Save appeared. Damn near made me jump out of my skin.

Edit: Got a recording of it. Shadowplay didn't record the video for some odd reason, but you can hear the ding.
