(PAYDAY: The Heist) Crosskill or Bronco?

Simple question. I've been looking into a some videos on PD:TH recently, and I've come to see this very common Overkill 145+ (Pretty much what DW is for PD2, only its called Ovk 145 in PD:TH) of the Bronco, M308 and GL-40.

(Okay. Quick side note. If you haven't played PD:TH, I imagine you're kind of confused. But you actually have the ability to carry around 3 weapons at a time. One slot is your primary, then you have your secondary and then handgun slot. Just wanted to throw that out there for no true reason)

My question is how is the Crosskill, comparativley speaking? I've used it. Liked it. But what makes the Bronco to the go to handgun for many Ovk 145 players?
