Do I list a part time retail job I just got to my resume during my search?

So I've been out of school for 8 months and still haven't found a steady grown up entry level job. Everywhere I look requires years of experience. I apply anyways but still no luck. Even an entry admin job rejected me on the basis I don't have enough hands on experience.

So the only thing I qualified for was a sales associate. I just got a job as one a few weeks ago, but working twice a week for $12 isn't enough so I'm still job searching.The boss thinks I'm going to be taking courses as he usually hires students (that's partly the only reason he'd hire me part time.. otherwise he would think I wouldn't commit to the job and leave as soon as I found something better. Hate to break it to ya guy, but there's nothing out there for me).

If I'm looking for a second part time job, should I list this in my resume? What if I am looking for a full-time job (I would leave the part time position if I secured employment).
