[Help] Extremely Frequent CTDs

Hello gents

I've recently redone my modlist and I'm now having a problem where my game is CTDing probably every 2-5 minutes minutes. I've always had to live with Skyrim Sorcery and the occasional CTD, but this is excessive. I have the SKSE memory patch, Safety Load, Crash Fixes, ENBboost, and run LOOT (with extra sorting by hand) and yet the issue still persists. Here is my Modwatch; are there any mods that could be conflicting to cause this? My computer's specs are decent; I have a Dell 2015 Inspiron with an i7, Nvidia 920, 8 gigs of ram, and Windows 10.
