Got trade/Market ban after paypal dispute

I got charged a week later for some wallet funds and Rocket leauge DLC even though I already paid it, I went to dispute the payments as unauthorized and i got trade/market banned. I sent steam a ticket a few days ago, and no reply. Anyone know way to contact steam or get it removed?
