Anyone work for Dell Services (Networking) ?

I am in the process of interviewing for a Dell Services position which is basically Tier-2 Network Tech in a HIPAA facility. The position is supporting a single location. I don't want to give out much more than that.

I am currently working as Network Administrator for a ($billion +) privately owned company, supporting 17 sites and a DC. The company as a whole is pretty basic, with a managed MPLS and a few site-to-site VPNs. I manage everything from the LAN cable to the internet edge.

Basically, I'm wondering how it is working for Dell Services? Does anyone have thoughts on working in a HIPAA facility that I might not be aware of? Anything I should be sure to ask in the in person interview? Anything I may be missing? I haven't interviewed for anyone in about 3 years (when I got this job) and I've never interviewed for networking-specific before.
