if there are level appropriate people in the dungeon please don't rush the boss

It's seriously fucked up with how few instance entrances you get how often people rush the boss when there are people within 10 levels of the dungeon level.

If you want to rush the boss 2-3 times for your chance at your dagger or what not you should create a group and not use the party finder function the party finder should be used for the people that are looking for that sweet sweet 650% exp boost. You are stealing hours of times from the players who still need exp from these dungeons and are a fucking plague on the community.
