Did I screw my self over? I changed psn emails and now I can't access any thing to verify the change.

So today I was trying to reset my password due to me having a bunch of different passwords . Turns out I also can't access my old email or my phone associated with that email. So I eventually got my password (Thank god) and switched it to my current used email. But now I can't verify it when I click the link it'll say "access denied", "file not found", etc. As well as error code WS-37397-3. Any help?
