Introductory biology courses don't have labs?

Same as title. Didn't realize undergrad before I considered applying to a science grad program that you're supposed to have labs with your introductory bio and both chems. Took chem 102 and the lab but most of the grad programs I'm looking at now require 2 semesters of introductory bio and chem both with labs. The silly little discussion aspect in CASTLE can't count as a lab, can it?? Anyone have experience with these classes counting toward grad program pre-reqs?
