Rara Trek! Need Help!!

Me and my friends (all Nepalese) are planning a trip to Rara Lake this mid-May and we are planning to start the trek from Jumla. We basically have very less idea about the routes and the places to stay and are planning to travel without a guide (if possible). So, please redditters give me any kind info and suggestions for the trek. Also, if you guys could share an itinery, that would be great ! Thanks ;D
