Ring bearer alternatives?

Hi everyone! I wanted to get some other's ideas on what I can do. I have two nephews, 8 and 5 (the 8 year old is my godson) that I'm very close with and my FH is very close with his 3 year old godson as well. We decided we want to include all three boys in our wedding, but are unsure what roles each of them will play. We were thinking our two godson could bring each of our rings down the aisle, but I'm not sure what to do with my 5 year old nephew. I was thinking maybe a junior usher, but he's pretty shy.

Any ideas?
