Bigger upgrade: 93 TOTW Ibra v 88 SIF Di Maria

I'm building a 433 with Neymar - Ibra - Di Maria in a false 9.

I only have enough for one upgrade or the other. I could get the 88 Di Maria and the 91 Ibra but the 93 has a huge passing upgrade which I think is pretty important as he is in the CF position and builds up a lot of play.

Di Mara is fun to play with and I think his SIF has a noticeable shooting upgrade along with better stamina. However, 93 Ibra is... Ibra.

If anyone has used both of these players, which do you find to be more effective and a better upgrade to the NIF
