I could use some advice about a Task lead that doesn't do anything and basically takes advantage of my work ethic.

Let me begin by stating that I am an engineer and I work in a corporate office. Long term I see myself going to work for a private or municipal office because quite frankly I hate corporate life; the hours are shit and no one values you. I have been pretty frustrated and stressed out with work over the last few weeks because the individual I am working under is basically sitting on ass burning the budget and producing little to no product for our client. I have recieved no help and I am basically a one man shop doing the work of 2 to 3 people. Everyone in my office working on the same project (different group) is receiving help and support and I am receiving zero. It is pretty clear to me why, there is no budget and the task lead I am working under is supposed to be aiding in this process yet he sits at his desk surfing the internet looking up memes and facebooking with friends back home. I have produced twice the work of the other groups and it shows on paper but yet I receive no gratitude and the guy I am working under has the audacity to ask for more. I am seriously about to tell these fucks off because I have gained nothing from this experience aside from the "experience."

Anyways, I am sure that I am coming across as a bit arrogant but truthfully I have had enough of the long hours and impossible deadlines. I understand that this can be a part of the corpo world but at what point do I stand up for myself and say something?
