Frustration - Warning: Rant

I've been playing at least 20 rounds a year for the past 10 years. Last year I played over 60 rounds. I have taken countless lessons, bought new equipment, practice regularly, watch youtube videos, and I never seem to get any better. I generally shoot anywhere from 95-105. My game is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes I have a hook, lately I've been slicing. I'll hit 2 great iron shots in a row, then hit one fat and the next one thin. I am a generally athletic person and can usually hold my own at most sports. What else can I possibly do?
