Arcade Brawl: Torbjorn Turret

Was wondering if anyone else was having issues with building his turret to level 2 in the Arcade Brawl?

I've reported it here: http://us.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/20743244292

If you're also having problems in the Brawl with his turrets please reply on that post.
