what do girls think of guys who wear a shirt while swimming?

I'm a little self conscious about my weight, and I always wear a shirt when I swim or else I get embarrassed.

I recently started dieting so I could lose 20 or 30 pounds, and I was just wondering what girls thought when you see a guy with a shirt on while swimming. I don't even look fat with a shirt on, only without one.
