Anyone else struggling with getting older?

I really am and if anyone else is feeling the same way, or did and has gotten over it, I'd love to hear from you. I like to think I'm a young 42 year old but I feel like 50 is right around the corner and that's just crazy. I miss my twenty somethings (not that they were all great but just freer I guess). I get aches where I never did before, I'm squinting more, and if I'm having a particularly bad day the thoughts of everything that's past that I'll never do again is pretty overwhelming. I don't mean to sound so depressed, 42 is much better than the alternative and I've already outlived my father; I'm just curious to know how you all feel.
