Been turned into an orbiter AFTER sex. WTF?

Girl I met online, we had good rapport, great first date at a fancy Italian place that took us out to stroll after that. We text back and forth, setup a follow up date the next week not too far from my place, I make sure to bring her in at beginning to desensitize her to the place where I want to take her back to later - we enjoy the movie, go back to my place, make out.... she keeps pulling my hands off her ass but the make out is hot. She leaves, I txt again but she keeps pulling out excuses. I'm trying to set a date for Wed & another for Fri, she sounds excited but eventually backs out from Wed, leaving Fri only.

I fuck up the Friday date royally: Beta as fuck, she comes in for a dinner at my place, I go in for a kiss and she closes her mouth. I get scared. I already told her I like her. I go for another kiss after dinner, she does the same bullshit (while we had heavy kissing and makeout prior date). I ask her if she's seeing someone else. She says no, asks me, I say no. She says she wants to go slow, I say ok. We cuddle and watch a movie, I hold back, after the movie she leaves. I'm still awkward, she asks about it and does not help - She could have come in for a kiss / make out, anything. I'm seriously thinking "ok, next whatever" but as I walk her to her car she is laughing and telling me she would have made out after the movie. I laugh and tell her she should have and I guess she should send better signals because I got none. As I walk back to my place, I have a double take - "fuck it" - and I go back to her in the car and ask if the make out option is still on the table, it's early. She says it is, we go back to my place, and make out becomes great sex. I come within 5 minutes, she leaves a nice stain on my bed cover. She leaves. That was last week. I figured the date was so Beta she's essentially done, but because I did fuck her, I figure I might as well try to go there again. Yoga instructor body there. I try to tease her via txts during the week, having toned down my txts (somehow her txts have slowed to a crawl now, to a next day reply). I open up my weekend and asks her to a movie, but she locks it out ("I'll tell you tomorrow!") and excuses herself out like "I am working until 8pm on Fri so we can't do Fri." When she KNOWS I can only do Fri or the weekend. (Then she tells me her friends bachelorette is sat). She is playing the planning game, witholding the dates, the sex, and I'm being an idiot about it. I finally told her to tell me when she's free next week and maybe we can do something then. I assumed that'd be the end of it but she dodged it with "you're probably busy during the week right?"

The fuck do I respond to that? I mean I went in all nice and upfront but she's playing it. I figure just don't reply, she can hit me back when she makes time? Ask her out next week? I really wasn't expecting her to reply at all after asking for her avail... Do I re-ask the question to her, calling her out on her bullshit?
