Seattle, Washington. Have 15 days to settle debt or pay an absurd amount of $$$

Hello all, I am glad I found this part of reddit lots useful information on here.

I searched all over reddit and read on how I can approach my problem However, I am in an ultimatum. I have an outstanding debt with AllianceOne, which am mounts to 2,000(1,000 original debt). They are for speeding. I had a total of 5 tickets which I busted my ass at work to pay 5,000$. I called them and they agreed to let pay it off at 100$ a month but they want a 400$ down payment, I told them that was ridiculous I am already paying double, they didn't agree. I can do 100$ but not the down payment.

Lastly, the court gave me until the end of the month to get my license or pay 1000$, so I am screwed. I have no money I am 19, and I support myself, I can't even drive anywhere. I don't know why the court gave me that time though, I guess because I was charged with a 3rd degree no lic/insurance Thanks in advance....

So basically I am screwed, any advice or has anyone experience this?
