My new PC won't display anything on my monitor

I bought a pre-built gaming computer from NCIX and it arrived today with 4 different CDs and a power cable. (PC in question is the following: Explorer R3.

I plugged everything i needed to and nothing has shown up on my screen, yet I'm not getting a "no signal" message. Any and all help would be appreciated.
